Well... I'm finally back from Beijing.

I miss Singapore, but Beijing is really fun, except that the wind there is real chilly. And I mean it... =S End up some of us hugging for warmth in the public. Hahaha...

Hmmm, I shan't elaborate on wat we did on each day, rather tedious. ZzZzZz... (just came back from airport)

Did a lot of shopping rather. Bought 4 pairs of shoes, and souvenirs for mom and dad and clsmates.. haha... I find it fun to bargain. Speaking of hagging of prices, it is really essential in countries, especially like China, where there are bound to be ppl trying to scam u of ur money. Xavier seemed to be an expert in bargaining, but in the end got conned. Hahahaha.... Funny man.. Bought snickers on the second day during shopping time, and in the end realised that some of the bball members were buying pairs of snickers at half price later on... =D

Hmmm... but still, he's my mentor la... Without him, I will be conned.

Btw some of the designs there are real nice... But too ex, and the ppl there are really really really reluctant to cut the prices.

Disclaimer: The shoes there in which u can bargain for are fakes. Those who prefer orginality... Haha.. Sry. =P

Food there is marvellous too... Except on the fourth day, where 7 out of the 8-course dishes are veggie based. =S

My first time trying out smelly tofu, and bbq cocoons. Hmmm, the tofu indeed smells quite weird, but I like the taste, especially with the seasoning. I wanted to try the fried scorpions too, but it looked really scary with the tail. =S

Haha...

Training was practically every day, except on the first day. Not really tiring, but it was %^&*cold. The indoor court was really freezing, bout 10 plus C. as there was no heater to warm the whole place. And we had to train in a single t-shirt with a jersey. Wth... But still, we endured. =)

I didn't participate in any of the matches organised. Filmed every match with Alfred. The bball teams from China is indeed really strong...

Toilets in Beijing really stinks. XP Was wondering how on earth can Beijing cope with 2008 Olympics, especially when there's not much good toilets around.

Hmmm, too tired to type liao. Shall elaborate further later. =)
