I dunno y I'm off form. I did my best. I seriously. Then wat deters me from gettting my goal? My arrogance, my complacency, my distractions?
Now, I'm just numbed by the results I've gotten back.
If fallling into the abyss makes u feel better, then why work hard in the first place?
Yeah...
All these while I've been working hard to see such results? I refuse to admit defeat. I refuse. I refuse.

Blur. Tired. Shagged. Anything related to "lethargy" can be used to describe wat I'm feeling rite now. ( Plus sick)
Tried to start my revision pace. Failed.
Anyway, I'm here to blog about today's sch day.
Yeah, we had flag raising in the parade square, even though the clouds looked ominously dark. It started to drizzle a little when the announcements were still on. Well, we scramble for shelter in the end. Someone was saying that " I should hav been almost late today, can stand under the shelter lol."
Hahaha.. That really tickled my laughing bone. Who else can do it? Open to interpretation.
Anyway, got back some of our papers. Maths expected. Physics unexpected.
Tml? Chem? Haha.. I don't wanna think much. It's just prelims. At most I get enlisted late. =) (Which is good! Cos I can spend more time fruitfully doing something else.)
Lower my standard. ABB(D/E). No F pls.

Hmmm.. back from the long dormancy. Alright. I blog.
Haha.. no la.. not becos of u weikiat. =P
Some of the schs are having holiday tomoro. Well, probably except our sch. Y? No 'S' paper exam. I was actually wondering y aj doesn't hav 'S' paper exam??? (Well, not that I'm being perverse, but somehow I've got this gut feeling that the teachers are probably lazy to set lol.)
For me, it doesn't really mean anything except more practice? Haha. Lame excuse. Alright. But somehow I think aj should hav one instead. At least those taking the exam noe where their standard lies, and also to get more prepared when the real thing comes knocking to ur door. Haha.. To a certain extent, I do envy them.
Y? Becos they are in schs that do concern 'S' paper students after all.
U see, in aj, being a 'S' paper student probably means staying back late and going thru assignments teachers required for us to prepare. And that's all. Well, how many government scholars in aj? Haha.. Probably "once in a blue moon" (quoted by lkt)
Haha.. personally, I do not really noe how other schs operate. But I hav this feeling that aj doesn't hav faith in ppl taking s papers. Well, that's my opinion. It's not a fact. (Readers can choose to ignore it if they wan.)
For all they care.. Last batch of students taking lol.
I can still remember the criteria of taking even one.
1. 7 A1s for 'O' levels
2. lower than 9 points for 4 subjects. (as in A for 1 point, B for 2 points subsequently)
The rest I dun really wan to go into details, as they are rather reasonable.
But u see point number 1? I bet 99.9% of the students who wanted to apply for one has to flock to general office to get appeal forms. No paper how? Haha, go find top 5 colleges 'S' paper students who got 7 A1s? Hmm, probably can form a small community of a hundred? But I'm certain not all are included.
What does this show about aj's policy? Well, it's all open to interpretation. =)
Haha... Well for those who succesfully applied for one or two? congrats. But here comes the challenge. Teachers may take note of those who take s papers and suan them if they do not score well in their corresponding subjects. (Well, I wun say all, but some?)
Haha. And plus, they face tremendous pressure from peers who expect them to be good in studies, when in fact some dun.
As a result, they dropped.
But unlike the dropping of the atomic bomb, this is ______news to the teachers, who probably have less to teach, and are able to teach less students. (interpret the _____ news urself). And more SDL? (Yeah, we should do our self reading to a certain extent la. -shrugs-)
Well, under the tth era, where 'S' paper students are treated more shabbily than others, I salute to those who are able to get scholarships despite all these ordeals.
According to notes from other colleges, some of which is OOS, which enriches the knowledge of students, and also to prepare some of them for 'S' papers? For us, nah nah.. (Acutally I also don encourage it, y? Pls think. Hint: Foundation is also important before branching out.)
50 odd students in VJ taking econs 'S' paper vs none in AJ? What does this show?
That our current econs students are useless? No! That they are wise in not taking 'S' papers under certain circumstances. They are able to do it if they wan to.
For those taking, they are wise too. (Not as wise as the previous category, i.e. I'm not as wise as them lol. =X) And they are really determined to represent the last batch, before the syllabus sets in. (which has already set in from 2006 onwards.)
