Got back my physics paper. The feeling?

Just like Japan vs Australia during the world cup. Just that I'm the Australian team.

I got 76/110 for paper 2 and 3, which is like 1-mark-to-a-just-A mark. Manz. I was thinking that I need 30 marks to save my A. And it came as a big surprise to me when I got 38. Manz.. 76 again. This time? 76%. =)

Maths C:

A

Got a 76, which is 1 mark less than the boy who wanted not to be named. Manz.. But I was rather satisfied. This is one of the subjects in which I've reached my own target. As usual, carelessness was my lethal weakness, but I managed to perk up throughout the examination, with a reduced number of such mistakes, especially in statistics. =)

Physics:

A

Got a 76. =) This is rather unexpected. Nevertheless I was happy. Besides the part where I screwed up my electric field question very badly, the rest were really ok, with little careless mistakes. The weakness of this paper lies in the definitions, in which I didn't really score well due to my laziness to memorise and understand the definitions. Manz. (Loathe to memorise, which makes me like a mugger. =X)

But I will for my prelims and A levels. =)

Chemistry:

C

Got a 57. This is again, rather unexpected. Although many ppl mentioned that the paper is really difficult, with the teacher saying that it's of rj hc standard. Manz. I can get an A for this. Carelessness is one of the lethal weapons that caused my marks. More importantly, the failure to phrase my thoughts properly and also the failure to put necessary and core information into my answer.

Not to be missed, complacency. I learnt my mistake hard. The second time I got my C, ever since last year's mid year common test.

By the way, 9 in the whole cohort got A, while 50 odd ppl got B.

Further Mathematics

E

Wtf (weber tesla farad). This is suay. Carelessness as usual. The main problem is my mental block that attacks like the crimson barlog. Rare but very lethal. Practise more? That's probably the only answer to my solution to get better results.

C6

Compre was rather well done. =) Got a B4. And here comes this roller coaster that sends me down from Bukit Timah to hell, when I got back my essay. 17/50. Manz. This is also suay. And also, Mohan didn't mark with constructive comments, and I already condemned him like mad. %^&*()$%^()%^&amp;%*&&*(^&&^%*). Ok that's enough. Instead of lamenting my results, I should work even harder, and grasp my B or even my A in the prelims AND the 'A' levels.

What I obtained:

Chemistry C 57

F-Maths E 45
GP C6 45

Lessons to be learnt:

1. Never by complacent.
2. Try ur very best NOT to be careless in whatever u do! Grrrrr.
3. Practise more!
4. Should hav played 1 more week of maple... -_-"

By the way, this is the very first time that my physics scored better than chem. And way better. Couldn't they co-exist together in equilibrium in the 75-80 mark region? =P

Road race is tomorrow. Better pray nothing bad occurs. Horray guys. We can do it =).
